Calcutta Fresh Foods is committed to delivering fresh fish and meat to your doorstep every morning. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when we deliver your orders.

 

 

1. Order Placement

  • All orders must be placed the night before the delivery date.

  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it enters preparation early morning to ensure maximum freshness.

 

 

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made daily between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

  • Delivery slots are assigned automatically based on route planning and order volume.

  • Customers are requested to be available at the delivery address during this time window.

 

 

3. Delivery Areas

  • Calcutta Fresh Foods currently delivers across select locations in Kolkata.

  • Serviceable pin codes are displayed on our app/website and may change based on operational feasibility.

 

 

4. Freshness Assurance

  • All products are sourced and processed fresh, early in the morning of delivery.

  • Maintaining the cold chain and hygiene standards is a top priority.

  • Either it’s fresh, or it’s free — if you receive a product that does not meet our freshness standards, please contact us immediately.

 

 

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Only one delivery attempt will be made per order.

  • If the customer is unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery, the order may be marked as undelivered.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, undelivered orders may not be eligible for re-delivery.

 

 

6. Address & Contact Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

  • Incorrect addresses or phone numbers may result in delayed or failed delivery.

 

 

7. No Cancellations Policy

  • Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh fish and meat, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately scheduled for early morning sourcing and processing.

  • Customers are requested to review their order carefully before placing it.

 

 

8. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver within the promised time window, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or operational issues.

  • Customers will be informed in case of significant delays.
