At Calcutta Fresh Foods, we take pride in delivering the freshest products right to your
doorstep. To ensure quality and customer satisfaction, we follow the policy outlined below for
returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
● All products are final sale and not returnable once 2 hours have passed since
delivery.
● Returns are only accepted if the request is made within 2 hours of delivery.
● Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns after this time will not be
accepted.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We understand that issues can occur during delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective,
or incorrect item, please:
1. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
2. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue.
Our team will review and respond as quickly as possible.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return, refund, or exchange for an eligible item:

4. Refund & Exchange Processing
● Upon approval of your request, we will process your refund or exchange within
24–48 hours.
● Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at checkout.
In case of exchanges, we will arrange delivery of a replacement item subject to
availability.
5. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:
● Valid damaged/defective item claim within 2 hours of delivery
● Wrong item delivered (verified through photos/evidence)
6. No Returns After 2 Hours
Please note:
● Requests received after 2 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
● This policy is strictly enforced due to product freshness and quality standards.
